1. Who We Are
Game2Cash ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at https://game2cash.games. We provide a free-to-play gaming platform where users earn virtual coins redeemable for partner rewards. For privacy enquiries contact us at privacy@game2cash.games.
2. Information We Collect
Guest users (no account)
We assign an anonymous session ID stored in your browser. We record gameplay activity (games played, coins earned, daily streak) linked only to that session ID — no name, no email, no personal identifiers.
Registered users
When you create an account you provide a display name and email address. Your password is hashed (bcrypt) before storage — we never store it in plain text. We also store your coin balance, transaction history, game sessions, and challenge progress.
Automatically collected data
When you visit the site our servers log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamp. This data is used for security monitoring and is deleted after 30 days. If Google AdSense ads are displayed, Google may set cookies independently — see Google's Privacy Policy for details.
3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Cookies
We use a single session cookie (game2cash_session) to keep you logged in. It is an HTTP-only, secure cookie — it cannot be accessed by JavaScript. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies of our own.
Third-party advertising partners (e.g. Google AdSense) may set their own cookies when ads are displayed. You can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
5. Data Sharing
We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Partner reward providers — when you redeem a reward, we share only the minimum information required to fulfil it (e.g. your email to deliver a gift card code).
- Legal obligations — if required by law or valid legal process.
- Business transfer — if Game2Cash is acquired, user data may transfer as part of that transaction; we will notify you in advance.
6. Data Retention
Guest session data is deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Registered account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8). Server logs are purged after 30 days.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt hashing for passwords, and HTTP-only secure cookies for sessions. Our infrastructure is hosted on Hetzner Cloud (Frankfurt, EU) with firewall-restricted access. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data.
- Deletion — request your account and all associated data be permanently deleted.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing for legitimate-interest purposes.

9. Children's Privacy
Game2Cash is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
